Free public Wi-Fi is available in more than 20 public spaces, as well as in Tallinn City Government offices.
How and where to use free Wi-Fi in Tallinn
To connect to Tallinn’s free Wi-Fi, open the available Wi-Fi networks list on a computer or mobile device and select the TallinnWIFI network.
No registration or log in is required to use the city’s Wi-Fi network.

Public areas with free Wi-Fi connection are marked with dark blue. City Government offices where TallinnWifi is also available, are marked with purple.
Free Wi-Fi is also available in newer trams
Tallinn’s new orange CAF Urbos trams also have free Wi-Fi. Simply select TallinnWIFI from the network list.
