How is reporting conducted?

The beneficiary shall submit a conference report and an expense report within 40 calendar days after the conference. Verified and compliant reports are approved within 30 calendar days of submission. The support will be paid within 21 calendar days after the confirmation of the reports.

Reports (including interim reports, final reports and cost statements of the grant) can be submitted using the online self-service platform.

After logging into the website, choose “International conferences” from the list of project and activity grants.
