Find out more about Tallinn’s conference grant.
The application will be checked for compliance within 14 working days of submission. All compliant applications will be assessed by an evaluation panel after the application deadline.
The evaluation is based on three criteria:
The number of foreign delegates attending the conference – 40% of the score
The length of the conference programme – 30% of the score
The month the conference is held – 30% of the score
Conferences with a larger number of foreign delegates and longer professional association conferences which are held during the off-season of tourism (January-March) will receive more support.
You can calculate the evaluation score of your conference with the conference calculator.
The Head of the Strategic Management Office decides whether to award a grant to an applicant after receiving a recommendation from the Commission. The Office will forward the decision to the applicant via TTR within five working days as of the making of the decision for confirmation. The Office reserves the right to publish the decision to award a grant to an applicant on the Tallinn website. If necessary, the use of the grant will be subject to a contract. The contract form will be approved by the Office.
The grant is generally disbursed within 21 calendar days after the confirmation of the reports submitted after the conference, unless otherwise specified in the decision to grant the support or in the contract.
